Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Odyssin, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.

2. The service

Odyssin extracts, validates and routes invoice data. We may update or improve features over time. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Your responsibilities

Keep your credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and make sure you have the right to upload the documents you process. You're responsible for reviewing flagged exceptions before acting on them.

4. Plans, billing & cancellation

Fees are quoted against your invoice volume and agreed in writing before your account is billed. Billing is monthly with no annual contract. You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period and can export your data. No setup fees.

5. Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

6. Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is". Odyssin assists with invoice processing but does not replace your financial review and controls. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

7. Changes to these terms

We'll post material changes here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
