Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Odyssin, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.

2. The service

Odyssin discovers B2B companies showing buying signals, identifies decision makers, scores each opportunity, and drafts outreach for your approval. We may update or improve features over time. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Your responsibilities

Keep your credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and make sure you have the right to use any lead lists you import. You're responsible for reviewing and approving every outreach message before it is sent, and for complying with the email and data-protection laws that apply to your prospects (for example CAN-SPAM and GDPR).

4. Plans, billing & cancellation

Fees are the ones quoted to you in writing and accepted before your account is billed; see our pricing page for how a quote is worked out. Billing is monthly with no annual contract and no minimum term. You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period and can export your data. No setup fees.

5. Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

6. Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is". Odyssin assists with prospecting and outreach but does not guarantee replies, meetings or revenue, and does not replace your own review of every message before it is sent. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

7. Changes to these terms

We'll post material changes here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
