Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Odyssin ("we", "us") provides invoice automation software at odyssin.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: contact@odyssin.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, work email, company, password hash.
- Invoice data — the documents you upload and the fields extracted from them.
- Usage data — logins, feature use, and processing volume, to run and improve the service.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
3. How we use it
To provide the service, process your invoices, secure your account, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your invoice content to train shared or third-party models, and we don't sell your data.
4. How we protect it
Traffic to and from Odyssin is served over TLS. We do not use your documents to train shared models. We are still completing our security documentation; if you need current specifics on encryption at rest, access controls, isolation or logging before you trust us with financial records, contact us and we will describe exactly what is in place today.
5. Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can export or permanently delete it at any time. On cancellation, you can export everything before your data is removed. Configurable retention windows are on the roadmap and not yet available.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact contact@odyssin.com and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires.
7. Changes
We'll post material changes here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
