Documentation

Short, because the product is. Here is how to get your first invoice processed and what happens to it along the way. Anything not covered below, ask us — a person answers.

Getting started

  1. 1

    Create an account

Get in touch and we'll set you up. For what it costs on your volume, email contact@odyssin.com.

  2. 2

    Add an invoice

Drag in a file to start. Native PDFs, scans, phone photos, screenshots and invoices written into an email body all work. There are no templates to configure and no per-vendor setup — a new vendor’s first invoice is handled like any other.

  3. 3

    Read the extracted fields

Vendor, invoice number, dates, totals and line items come back as structured fields, each with its own confidence score. Anything below your threshold is held for review rather than posted quietly. More on how we think about accuracy.

  4. 4

    Export

Google Sheets and CSV export are available on every plan, so anything that reads structured data can consume the output today.

Not built yet

Listed here rather than as empty pages, so you can tell what exists before you commit to anything. If one of these decides your evaluation, ask us and we will tell you where it actually stands.

Security review

We do not use your documents to train shared models, and you can export or delete your data at any time. Our formal security documentation is still being written, so rather than publish a summary page we would rather answer your specific questions directly — get in touch and we will tell you exactly where each control stands today.
